aboutus

Amazin Grazin Farms was born out of our love for the land and a love of agriculture. In our family, we love nature, we love farming, and we love our cows - and it shows in the quality of our beef!

Check out our "What is Different?" page to find out more about our philosophy and process.

Meet our Team

Welcome to Amazin Grazin Farm! The farm couldn’t run without a lot of help. Here are the key players

Gregg

Gregg is chief tractor-driver, cow-herder, delivery driver, and the brains behind this operation. In other words he’s the head honcho around here. He has had beef cattle all his life, even putting himself through college with proceeds from his small farming business. He forayed into commercial agriculture but did not like what he saw and it drove him to return to the way he thinks things should be. When he is not out in the fields communing with the cattle, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and camping in various places around the US.

Wendy

Wendy takes care of the things that give Gregg a headache – things like managing social media, staying organized, and helping with paperwork (although she has been known to drive the tractor to help bring in hay bales). She enjoys visiting the cows and taking peaceful walks in the field, and her favorite non-farming activities include growing plants (which is really just a different kind of farming, isn’t it?), running, and crochet.

The Crew

Katie is our “animal-whisperer,” making sure that the animals on the farm are happy and comfortable. She enjoys taking care of everyone and all the animals love her in return! When she is not checking in on our bustling barnyard, you might find her going for a run, camping, or taking care of her indoor menagerie (yep, more animals!)  including three guinea pigs and a 100-pound “puppy”!

David is always willing to lend a hand with moving gates, hooking up trailers, and moving heavy stuff. We are all very thankful for both his strength and his natural ability to figure things out. When he is not lifting heavy irrigation pipes, David can be found running, reading, working out, and spending time with friends.

Lauren helps out with some of the organizational tasks including taking inventory and helping with deliveries. Lauren enjoys taking photos of our cows and is our farm’s “crazy cat lady,” taking care of our three indoor cats like a boss! Her favorite things to do include gaming, cooking/baking, and listening to music.

Bison

This bison is not a member of our farm, but we saw it while on vacation and just had to share. Isn't it a magnificent animal?

Desi & Leo

Desi & Leo are the CFOs of this operation – Chief Fun Operators! They love to watch the cows, bark at the cows, and – once in awhile – chase the cows. They also enjoy going for walks in the hay field, sniffing out wonderful treasures hidden there.

Molli & Lani

Molli & Lani work security detail, alerting us of any unauthorized changes on the farm (for example, cows that are not where they are supposed to be!). They also provide some diversity on the farm and are wonderful hosts to any cows or calves who might need some extra attention. Their hobbies include braying loudly early in the mornings, eating hay, and watching the neighborhood activities.
